Bharathi is a government school teacher. She has been living without talking to her father since her childhood. She asking for gun license to protect women from sexual violence. The state police rejects her request. Later Bharathi joins along with her younger brother defense lawyer Bhaarat and pursues (PIL) Public Interest Litigation. The case goes to court.
